Welcome to Bruce's Texas BBQ (BTB). By placing an order, purchasing food, submitting a preorder, or booking catering services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Preorders

All orders are subject to availability. Preorders are encouraged, especially during weekends, holidays, and special promotions. Orders are not confirmed until acknowledged by BTB.

2. Payments

Payment must be made according to the instructions provided when ordering. Catering balances, deposits, and payment deadlines will be outlined in the individual booking agreement.

3. Catering Reservations

Catering reservations must be confirmed directly with Bruce's Texas BBQ. Menu selections, guest counts, pricing, service details, and payment arrangements will be confirmed before the event.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Customers should contact BTB as soon as possible to request changes or cancellations. Catering cancellation and deposit terms will be communicated in writing before booking confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

Because our food is freshly prepared and many orders are made specifically for customers, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered. However, customers should contact us promptly if an order is incorrect, incomplete, or has a quality issue. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights provided by applicable law.

6. Pickup & Order Collection

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon location and time. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate a delay.

7. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Customers must notify BTB of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Our kitchen handles various ingredients and allergens, and cross-contact may occur. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment.

8. Food Safety

Customers are responsible for properly storing and handling food after pickup or delivery. Perishable food should be refrigerated promptly and handled according to food safety guidelines.

9. Menu & Availability

Menu items, ingredients, prices, and availability may change without prior notice. BTB reserves the right to discontinue items or promotions when necessary.

10. Promotions & Special Offers

Promotional offers are subject to stated terms, availability, expiration dates, and applicable restrictions. Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

11. Customer Agreement

By placing an order or booking catering services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
